Kelsey Morgan Lighthiser

Since joining Wagner Advisory Group in July 2019, Kelsey Morgan has become an essential force in ensuring exceptional client experiences. She plays a pivotal role in managing client paperwork, transaction requests, and communications, providing seamless support for every client's need.

Kelsey is also our point person for all of our clients' insurance needs. She is dedicated to providing a seamless process in paperwork completion, processing claims, and providing a high level of service. With a Bachelor's degree in Criminology and a minor in Hospitality from Florida State University, she brings a unique blend of analytical expertise and customer-focused service. Backed by eight years of experience in customer relations, she is dedicated to delivering personalized solutions with efficiency and care.

Kelsey’s commitment to client success and her ability to anticipate needs make her a cornerstone of our firm’s service excellence.

When not at work, she enjoys exploring new parks and freshwater springs with her husband and son, going to the beach with her dog, and walking her cat on a leash around the neighborhood.
