As the Director of First Impressions and Marketing Assistant at Wagner Advisory Group, Nikki is the warm and welcoming voice clients hear when they call our office. She takes pride in creating a professional yet inviting atmosphere, ensuring that every interaction leaves a lasting positive impression.

Since joining our firm in February 2025, Nikki has been instrumental in managing front desk operations, overseeing phone service requests, referrals, and expertly coordinating Cathy and Kelsey's schedules. With a strong background in banking, customer service, and marketing, she brings a dynamic skill set that enhances both client engagement and team efficiency.

Dedicated to providing exceptional support, Nikki thrives in helping clients feel valued while contributing to the firm’s success through seamless organization and thoughtful communication.

Outside of work, Nikki has been happily married to her high school sweetheart for 12 years, and she dedicates her free time to him, their children, and the life they have built together.
